This room was small 9 square meters and I tiny so gle bed but I knew that and it's all the extras you get with Radisson that I like.Gym and Spa( complimentary Tea & Coffee. "The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public."

"Excellent location right in heart of Covent garden. Close to many theatres and 10 min walk to tube station to get around. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for your London stay."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations from the location, to the breakfast, to the staff. We had some issues with the AC and the staff was super quick to respond and fix the issue. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. There was a great assortment and everything was delicious and fresh. If you’re looking to take the tube, note that West Brompton is the closest station, not Earls Court. We found getting around incredibly easy, as the station was within view of the hotel. Would return again. "
