"Please avoid, this is a scam, travelled a month through Europe and this was the only terrible experience. They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. "
