"The staff at the Genting Hotel went above and beyond. Very impressed. Well sound proofed rooms and very comfortable bed. Spa facilities were excellent. Couldn't fault our stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"Was visiting a show at the NEC so stayed the night before. Travelled by train and the hotel is just a short walk from the station and well sign posted. You walk through the ser ice area of the NEC which you would think wrong if not for the clear signage. The hotel itself was clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate with a nice ensuite shower room, no bath. I could hear people walking along the corridor but it did nor disturb me. Room was air conditioned and the temperature easily adjusted but no opening windows. Tea and coffee tray was fine but I did have a broken kettle lid which was a little dangerous, which I reported on checkout. Overall very happy and would stay there again."
