"The house was great and had everything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location is beautiful and the wild horses actually came into the yard. Everyone had a perfect vacation and Tracey is a pleasure to deal with."

"We loved the master suite with screen porch to enjoy coffee, ocean views, and wild horse sightings. Even washing dishes at the kitchen sink was lovely with the wild horses in the back one night. Many special moments to enjoy and remember from our family vacation. House was lovely and well equipped. Lush vegetation surrounding the property was so different from your typical beach vacation destination."

"Hot tub 2 jets didn't work. Stove top two front burners cook on high. Found cheetos under the beds while cleaning. Screen door latch doesn't have a latch, so it would bang all day and night. Otherwise that is just maintained. I would highly recommend this property."

"Pros: Happy Hours was a wonderful choice for our multiple families vacation... 2 coffee pots, 2 dishwashers, 6 King bedrooms with private bathes, fabulous game area for the young adults, pool, hot tub, propane grill, large dining table which sat all 15 of us!! Cons: No ball for the fossball table and the shuffleboard table was full of sand which made both unuseable."

"Overall the rental was great. There were some things about it which caused some minor inconveniences but after communicating with the host, these issues were resolved. The overall cleanliness needs help. Under beds and on top of surfaces need dusted. We stayed here in 2024 and at that time it seemed to be in overall better shape than this trip. Still an excellent vacation and the location of this listing can’t be beat."
