"The hotel apartment is in great location. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! The Interlaken OST was a kilometer walk away or you could take a bus. Overall great experience. The only thing that bothered us was the quality of the towels . They very very small and thin. On top of that if we needed more towels for the day they charge you 8 Swiss franks . Coming from US that was quite disappointing. There was also no option of early check in . We arrived at 10 am due to an early flight and we had to wait till 4pm to get our room."
"I stayed for 7 days and it was such a quiet and nice hotel and the on site restaurant was fantastic (Luigia)… I do wish they had a list of local hospitals, emergency numbers you may need because I had asked where the local hospital was and they had to research because they didn’t know."
"Great location if you want to be near the airport. It was pretty warm in the room and the 3 fans provided barely kept it comfortable. And the walk from the lobby to our room in the other building was a trek with our bags specially since we only stayed one night in preparation for our early flight back. Otherwise, very well maintained property."
