The staff was very accommodating. Our room was clean

It was effortless to go from the airport to the hotel. We arrived late at Knight and our flight was delayed so we actually did not get in until 1:30 am. The shuttle driver was kind and courteous. Check-in was easy. Easy place to stay with a late flight or an early morning flight. Hotel was clean and neat.

Perfect location for getting around the city. Breakfast amazing and the service was top notch. We will stay again when we are in Melbourne so happy we found this little gem.

It was hard to find in the beginning because the signage was not clearly visible. It was also weird that you need to go up to 2nd level for the reception. Staff were a bit disappointing because they are not as responsive but I guess, they are just doing their job. The room was clean, equipped though a bit small.
