Excellent hotel - great location for walking to city, shopping, dining and close to tram hub too. Room was lovely (and clean). Food (breakfast and in Lord Lygon) fabulous and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful walkable location in a quieter area of the city. The attached restaurant does amazing breakfast and dinner, highly recommend if you don’t want to go far. Only thing to note is the room doors open directly outside and there was a bit of noise at night with the door rattling due to high winds. Other than this we had a perfect stay and would definitely stay here again

The hotel is very nice and has great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large, we got an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the bathroom. The shower doesn’t have any separation from the bathroom and the floor can get very slippery. I almost fell once or twice. Overall we had a very nice experience!
