"Overall, I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the lift was broken during my time there, but staff went out of their way to help as much as they could with taking luggage up to and down from rooms. I booked a Micro Queen room, and would say this is a small room. If you are staying for a weekend or short business trip, I think it is fine. "It was so awesome. We didn't have difficulty looking for a place to eat since we were surrounded by a lot of restaurants of different cuisines. There were Thai, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Western , Latino, Italian & Mediterranean restaurants at affordable prices. We can walk around or use a tram going to Circular Quay to see the iconic Opera House. Hotel staff were polite and accomodating. The room was spacious for both of us and it was clean and tidy."
