3rd full bathroom at upstairs common area with shower, toilet and bathtub.

Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven
Free Wi-Fi & smart & cable TV available

*** Our house is assembled with centralized air conditioner, and each bedroom has ceiling fans.
** Regarding parking, you can park your car on the driveway, or park on the roadside. it's free parking.

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes.

Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.

Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.

Please ensure all the lights, appliances, and AC are switched off when leaving.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your to have a great stay.

No parties or events of any kind. Only guests on the booking may stay or visit (max 10). Breaches will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and guests will be charged for all cleaning, damage and any related costs.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Close neighbours, so please keep noise down.
No smoking inside. Up to $500 cleaning fee applies.
Pets on request only. Please message us before booking.

Check-in: Self check-in via smart lock; instructions sent the day before arrival.

Keys: Lost keys or access devices $300; lockout call-out $100.

Kitchen: Please wash dishes, wipe the oven, and use a heat mat on the table and benchtops.

Lost items: items left behind are held for 14 days. Please message us and we can post them back at the guest's cost.

Accidents happen. If anything gets damaged, just let us know and we'll sort it out together. Enjoy your stay!
