- Air conditioning available in the dining area, kitchen, lounge and master bedroom only. The ground floor bedrooms have fans for cooling.
- The letterbox is not to be used and is not available during short-term stays.
- Please note the back gate is currently out of service and resting in the open position. The property remains completely secure, with a privacy curtain in place, and the laneway itself is quiet and private.
