What We Love

The Sienna is a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom family home over two levels on a quiet, tree-lined street on the edge of Rose Bay village, Sydney. It sleeps up to 8 guests across a queen bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, a second queen bedroom, a king bedroom and a twin room, plus a separate downstairs study. It has a fully glass-fenced pool, a north-facing garden and courtyard with built-in BBQ, a rumpus room, ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, an internal laundry and parking for 2 cars.

It suits families (a cot, high chair, children's toys and books are available), multi-generational groups, families relocating or visiting local schools, corporate guests needing a home office and parking, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, butler's pantry and laundry.

Ground Floor
The relaxed, light-filled open plan layout is designed for modern family living, with statement artwork and feature lighting throughout. The European-appointed marble kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bench for casual meals, with a separate butler's pantry for extra storage. The lounge has plush sofas facing the TV with Netflix and streaming services, and a dedicated rumpus room gives children their own space to play. Glass bifold doors open to the courtyard and private garden, with a built-in BBQ, alfresco dining, a sun shade and the fully glass-fenced pool. A study, ideal for working from home or for students, and a powder room complete this level.

Upper Level
The main bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in robe and dressing area, an ensuite with shower, and French doors to a balcony. Three further bedrooms each have built-in wardrobes: a queen bedroom (which can be set up as a nursery with a cot), a king bedroom, and a twin room with two single beds and a study nook with desk and chair. The main bathroom has a bathtub and glass shower.

A short drive away, the Plumer Road shops in Rose Bay North have La Bretagne patisserie, fresh seafood, bistros, grocers, a bottle shop and the much-loved Plumer Road Chicken Shop.
- Harbour & Parks: Lyne Park is perfect for a family picnic, with a café, tennis courts, sporting fields, a playground, jetties and the ferry wharf. Explore Rose Bay Beach on foot, or hire a kayak to discover the harbour, with views to the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour National Park.
- Dining: For a night off from the kitchen, The Boathouse at Rose Bay Marina serves modern Australian cuisine and an extensive cocktail menu, with harbour views to match.
- Day Trips: Catch the ferry from Rose Bay to Circular Quay for the Opera House and The Rocks, or follow the harbour foreshore walk to Watsons Bay. Bondi Beach is about 10 minutes by car.

- The French balcony off the main bedroom is a Juliet-style balcony.
- This is a quiet residential street, and parties and gatherings are strictly not permitted.
- This is a smoke-free property, and pets are not permitted.
