"House and villa is well stocked with all supplies coffee, tea, etc. We found it is not good for older adults and people with disabilities. Driveway is so steep we struggled to get our bags up to the house. In the house there is a lot of dangerous little steps you can fall over and it happened a few times with us. Bathroom is not inviting the mosaic tiles are all coming away and it feels dirty when showering. Hopefully the fish tank has been fixed as it was leaking and the host just through at...

"Couch, linen and bed throws were stained and needed a good clean. The clothes dryer didnt work...very annoying on a wet weekend with young kids! The kitchen and bethroom lacked basic supplies...only a sponge/scrubber and 1 teatowel in the kitchen ( no cloths to wipe tables or benches, no spare teatowels, bathroom had no face cloths (hard to wash kids in the bath without) and very limited bodywash, shampoo, etc...one sm bottle of each for 4 people and 3 days' stay. No milk in the fridge ...only...

"Location was great. Little brick houses can be cold and damp in Sydney in the winter and this one was. There were 6 champagne glasses and three coffee cups all of which did hold water, but still. The bins were on the narrow sidewalk out front when we arrived and it took us a couple of days to figure out they belonged to our rental. That and the fact the neighbors were complaining. We put them back in to the little front garden. The bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable. There was an empty...

"Four Seasons is in a very safe location. The hotel offers almost every amenity. The service was absolutely outstanding and the staff/team was super friendly. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Four Seasons in the future. "
