Very good experience, staff friendly and helpful, room perfect (if a little small), but perfect for a business overnight stay. Well located in Ryde near many many restaurants.

We have been welcomed by the staff nicely although they do not accept early check ins due to holiday (New Year) but all our stuff have been accepted for safe keeping. A welcome coffee and muffins is a delight. The spacious 2 bedroom balcony was a sight to see. Complete with kitchen tools and everything you need to complete a worry free travel. I must say I was skeptical going into this apartment kind of hotel stay, but was so relieved that I experienced the Meriton Chatswood. Hotel staff upon arrival was great. My accommodations was more than I expected. It was like I was at home with all the amenities of home at my fingertips. You can cook and access all needs that are required to cook. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Ready to assist you with anything you need. The breakfast buffet is very good and lots of varieties/options for breakfast.

We picked the hotel from the pictures (internet) and the cost and were very delighted it was exactly what we pictured it to be. For us it was a wonderful pick. Not your big city hotel, the front desk actually closes down in the evening. And the front doors are locked. Fine by us and they actually had a kitchen you could use to cook whatever you wanted when you wanted to. Was easy to get in and sorted even though we were early the staff was super accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more. The self check in super handy.
