Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available. The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much. 24 hour coffee free, very expensive shampoo, lotion, conditioner body and hand wash more than enough free, comfortable memory foam mattress, staff helped above and beyond. Walked to St. Stephen's Basilica, Parliament, Chain Bridge, had an amazing haircut for $20 across the street.

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!

Great stay!

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

Reception staff was very friendly, cleaners also, rooms were very tidy and clean, breakfast amazing with lots of healthy and non healthy choices! Everything was perfect. 9/10 thanks!
