"Wonderful hotel with kind staff. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. We liked the sustainability practiced by the hotel and as a young teen my daughter enjoyed the technology (ipad) controlled room. Hotel is a short metro ride from Amsterdam Centraal with regular trains including late into night. We recommend the hotel and would love to stay at Ruby Emma again"

"Great location with easy accessibility to public transport. Room very clean and tidy, beds very comfortable, room serice daily do a great job and staff have great customer service and are happy to answer any question or help in any way they can. Its my second stay at this hotel due to its proximity to transport links and the city. "

"This was our second time staying at The Social Hub and we still love it! The atmosphere is great, the service is friendly, and the rooms are always clean. We stayed during Pride and everything was smooth—except for a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night, which turned out to be a false alarm. We were expecting at least a small note or apology for the disruption, but that’s just a minor detail. Overall, still a great experience and I’d definitely stay again in the future!"

"Really enjoyed. Staffs at breakfast especially the chef and the manager (bold guy) area where very nice with our family. Cleaning staff need to be educated and people at reception also need to be educated to be nice with people with different origins"
