This beautiful apartment in Mesa del Mar, Tacoronte, offers you the best ocean view with a black sand beach just a two minute walk away and a natural swimming pool one minute away. With 120 m2, it has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen and a room for teleworking. In addition, two large terraces with unbeatable sea views will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

In just 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the picturesque fishing district of El Pris, which has a natural swimming pool and a selection of restaurants to taste fresh fish and seafood. Tacoronte is a wine-growing area with denomination of origin and a wide gastronomic offer, including typical restaurants such as El Pole and La Quinta Crespo. Only 6 minutes away by car is El Sauzal, which has Cafeteria La Baranda, Casa del Vino and Las Terrazas del Sauzal, ideal places to enjoy the spectacular view.

18 km from Tacoronte is Puerto de la Cruz, where you can visit the Loro Parque, the Botanical Park and El Lago Martianez (César Manrique). Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Zusatzwunsch konnte auch sofort erfüllt werden. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist modern, man findet alles was man benötigt. Über die 2 Balkone hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und den Meerwasserpool. Das ständige Meeresrauschen hat uns gut gefallen und beruhigt. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach toll. Ein privater Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Cons: Da gibt es nichts.

Pros: The apartments are located directly on the beach in a high-rise building on the 5th floor, in the apartment there is everything you need, the apartment is very bright and large, very good communication with the staff.
