Nice stay. Easy access to Zermatt.

Wonderful place!

Very nice hotel, close by the train shuttle station. Has two elevators, a beautiful lobby and excellent dining area. Breakfast was very good; All the 'hotels.com' hotels we have stayed in have provided a good buffet breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. The bed in the Butterfly was softer and more comfortable than all the rest. We would stay here in the future.

We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel's 'lobby' is more like a living room, complete with comfortable chairs, fresh flowers and a fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This was a true Alpine experience! The hotel was like something out of Swiss Family Robinson. It was pristine in every way. The room had everything we would ever need and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast was excellent! I wish I could give it a higher score than a 5!

Comfort and perks greatly exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. This hotel's "budget rooms", where we stayed at the height of summer, offer a (ski) lodge experience but also provide access to high end amenities (pool, sauna, workout, jacuzzi etc.). While the budget rooms are below surface level, they are designed to still offer glimpses of mountains and sky. They are also incredibly spacious and equipped with modern furniture and fixtures. Holy Cow!!! What a find! Really, I can't say enough good things about the hotel, the staff, and our stay. The room was excellent, beautifully equipped, and every want taken care of. Our mini fridge was stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and a couple of beers. Coffee in the room was excellent. The decor was contemporary mountain and beautiful. Helpfulness of the staff was unbelievable! I would have lost patience with me- but they were kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was crazy!! Yummmmmm...

Don’t hesitate booking this property. Rooms and facilities are like new and as advertised. Great location and centrally located. Staff is very accommodating.

Great stay in this hotel for a group of 4 friends. It was clean, near the city center, and had a great view of the Matterhorn and other mountains from the balcony. Wish I was able to spend more time in Zermatt and in this hotel.

The hotel locates in the main stree, only a few minutes walking from the train station. It was newly renovated with a very Zermatt style. The associated restaurant provides great food in very reasonable prices. The price of hotel is also respectable especially in this area.

Friendly front desk staff, clean property, had views of Matterhorn! Also is off of the main tourist area which makes for a nicer stay

The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

A great little hotel where attention is paid to every little detail in the room.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

The location is excellent, right on the main road in Zermatt. Nice breakfast included in the price. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
