"Hotel was clean and very convenient with a metro stop out front. The cafe on the street was also very nice and we stopped there every morning. Staff at the lobby were friendly and very helpful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food at the restaurant. I had the ribeye one night and the filet another. But we mediocre at best. My wife did not enjoy her meals either. We also found the restaurant staff to be not nearly as friendly as the staff at the front desk. Overall a good experience though and will recommend the hotel to others."

"I recommend either paying more to stay on the Acropolis side of the hotel or don’t bother at all. We were on the Zues side, 6th floor and we couldn’t sleep. We stayed there 3 nights and the car/motorcycle traffic was so loud. At one point, I jerked awake believing a car was about to hit me. The breakfast and the servers up there are the highlight. The location is also good. But the hotel must invest in some sound proofing in order to provide guests a chance at rest."

"Very close to the Acropolis and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Our room had an amazing view of the acropolis as well as their rooftop bar/ restaurant. Excellent breakfast included in the price as as a bottle of wine with our junior suite. The hotel arranged for a private driver to pick us up from the cruise port and take us to the airport the next day which was so convenient. Also allowed early check in at 10 am for us due to early arrival of our cruise. We would stay again!!"

"We booked three nights at this hotel. After checking in and proceeding to our room, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the building and our room. We spoke with the receptionist, who mentioned that the hotel was aware of the problem and was trying to resolve it. When we asked to change rooms, she said they were fully booked that day and that the entire building smelled the same (which was true). We left for two hours to see if the problem would be resolved. When we returned, the smell had not only persisted but had intensified. We spoke with another receptionist, who said they would try to move us to another room the following day. Since the smell was unbearable and the premises were not in a livable condition, we realized it would be impossible to sleep there, and given the nature of the problem, we feared for our health. Therefore, we decided to cancel the reservation and booked another hotel, spending an additional $1K. The receptionist refused to give us a refund. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Check a review left on June 27, 2025, for the reason. SMELL LIKE A SEWER. Seven days later, I am still dealing with Expedia for a refund and have initiated a dispute with my credit card and lawyer to get my money back. These people totally ruined my stay in Athens. A TOTAL RIP-OFF."

"It was rated as a 3 star hotel. But it deserves to be higher! Breakfast was amazing, location was close to everything and room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Love the roof top bar and let's not forget about the views!"

"The area was slightly questionable but in hindsight it was five. The location was very central with shoppes a short walk away. Tonsssssssssss of places to eat especially late night! The room was exceptionally clean. I had a king bed, tv, microwave, mini fridge. The bathroom was clean. The housekeepers were always willing to tidy up for you and didn’t come banging on your door the day of checkout. Just overall such nice ppl!"
