They had made a mistake and checked someone in under my name already when I arrived, and then instead of explaining the situation and asking my friends and I to please wait while they sorted it out, they literally ran away without telling us anything and we had to wait for 45 minutes while they worked on it. "Located within the city, the resort is a perfect place for families with kids like us and we stayed for 12 days straight. It is an expansive property with 3 pools that gave us choice of where and when we go for a swim. The property is gated and secured. My 2 kids on another room could walk around safely around the property. The food is good and the daily night time entertainment is fantastic. The staff are also friendly. This place is a good base to explore the island province of Bohol. I recommend this place."
