"This is a great hotel. I stayed there for four days. I was surprised that the room I rented has a washer and dryer. That’s a great idea. Their sauna and pool is great and they close late at night so you still get to enjoy it after a long day out. There are a lot of restaurants and cafe in and around the hotel. I just wish that they open earlier."

"I do not have any bad comments, clean room, nice staff, etc. Except, their shampoo and conditioner make our hair dry and frizzy. All eleven of us. I would still recommend this hotel to everyone especially if your itinerary is includes Macau and Disneyland, but I would let them know to bring their own shampoo and conditioner."

"We had an amazing family stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic — you can walk to Disneyland Park in about 10 to 15 minutes, which made everything so easy and enjoyable with children. The hotel facilities were great. The pool area was excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor pool has a big water slide which the kids really enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is magical and very family-friendly. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made communication very easy. The room service was also great and made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with great variety and a really enjoyable experience. One of the best parts was seeing the Disney characters like Goofy, Pluto, and Mickey Mouse coming around to take photos with guests. This made breakfast very special for the children. Overall, the location is one of the best parts of Hong Kong. It is close to the airport and also convenient if you are planning to travel to Macau via the Hong Kong–Macau bridge. We were very happy with our stay, and I can honestly say this was one of the best parts of our Hong Kong trip. We are already planning to come back again and have recommended Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel to all our friends. Thank you to the team for making our family holiday so memorable."

"Our rooms had beautiful view, we had the harbor/ocean view at the top floor. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower, a little difficult for big person. I would have given 5 stars if not for the mini-shower, and our toilet wasn’t flushing at some point, we had to call maintenance, and they came very quickly and had the problem resolved. The room has a TV and a safe box, but didn’t have drawer or much places to put clothing. The hotel is located very near a Hong Kong Tram stop, but a little bit of walking to the subway station, about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very good, friendly staff, and quite a few choices. You need to buy your own electric plug switcher for charging your devices, while other Hong Kong hotels we stayed usually have complimentary plug converters we can borrow from the front desk. Laundry is pretty expensive as well, they charge by the piece and different prices for different items, and drying was charged separately. Overall we had a good time staying in the hotel, will consider go back to stay again next time when we go to Hong Kong."
