"The property, while somewhat older, is well maintained. However, the placement of the bed(s) made movement around the room less convenient, limiting ease of access. The front counter staff is very friendly and helpful. If I visit Hong Kong again I will stay in this hotel again. "

"The room was very tiny, but was good for us because we were just staying overnight and leaving in the morning. Well, one was nice. I could see that the view from the window could be very pretty because it has the skyline and also the buildings far away. The breakfast was OK, but since there’s no food court or other restaurants around, this is pretty much the only choice you have for the morning. Be sure to try their sou vau duck breast."

"This hotel is very nice. Design inside is on point. Check in was quick and efficient. They even let you check in early. The Archivist restaurant has amazing food, went 2 out of the 3 days we were there was worth it. The Disney shop also sells everything you would need."

"The Novotel staff are polite. The checkin was easy, quick and we appreciated the checkout time of 2pm as our flight is late. It’s difficult to find Novotel when you come out of the MTR. Take a lift to level 2 and it’s near Uni Glo. Very convenient location and shopping was fun here. "

"The staff were wonderful , the room was and bathroom and shower was very clean , they went out of their way to provide me with whatever I asked , one staff lady even bought me a phone charger when mine broke . Breakfast was included they cooked great eggs and bacon coffee tea was awesome . If you're looking for luxury and fancy this isn't it . If you're looking for less crowd beautiful quite beach right out the front lobby doors then you found it . Carol , Ana , tfe chef , I forgot his name the cleaning ladies made up my room perfectly every day . All staff were friendly and they all spoke English and other multiple languages . I'll definitely go back . "
