Very accessible hotel.

Very fresh, modern hotel which I believe offered excellent value for the money. If you stay here, strongly advise that you take the airport train to HK central station that leaves from the lobby of international arrivals (about $12.50, direct, less than 30 minutes and very clean). From HK central station it is about a 10 minute drive in the free hotel shuttle (just across the hall from where the train lets you out). I've never seen anything so easy anywhere in the world. Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient! I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.

Hotel is new, room newer than most of hong Kong hotel.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

They went out of their way to do anything for you. Ask a question and they were right there to answer it or find the answer. Would go back again.

I stayed here with my wife the past week and the RC in Hong Kong is without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had. The service was simply excellent all-round, very warm and welcoming with every interaction. About the property itself, the facilitates are first class. The gym and pool are 118 stories high and are both excellent with views all around. The room are of decent size for Hong Kong, but not large (if you get the standard room).
