"Selected the hotel for ease of commute to the airport. As others have commented, they have a regular shuttle bus to the airport. Best thing about the hotel though was the staff. We requested late check out and the staff accommodated. In general they were quite responsive to requests and questions. Breakfast had an array of diverse options and everything we tried was quite good. "

"Stayed for 1 night due to a layover and it served its purpose. The room was clean, the bathroom seem to need an update. Some of the staff disnt seem to want to help as they were dismissive to my questions but figured it was a language barrier."

"The hotel is adjoined Moko Shopping Mall and Mongkok East MTR linked to the mall within a few minutes walk. I did not try any of the restaurants in the hotel during my stay. There are many choices for food within the mall and many restaurants along the streets nearby outside of Moko."

"Absolutely fantastic! We are from Australia and it was our first time in Hong Kong. The hotel is right next to the tram which can take you across the whole island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also recommend adding the breakfast on as it was really convenient to have every morning :) "
