"Thanks for the upgrade to a bigger room! My roommate snored, so I slept on the sofa in the family room. I visited the swimming pool twice and swam laps. That ws a great amenity."

"On the third day of the stay, a water main bursted on the second floor and flooded lower floors, which put all elevators out of commission. There was no communication from the hotel and I speculated that the elevators were all out of service as the buttons were not responsive. Walking down wasn’t too bad and I found out about the flooding as I descended onto the second floor where water was ankle deep thereafter. "
