"Wished that I could have stayed for more days. Convenient location - Hongqiao high speed train station, subway, airport - all cross the street. Nice and clean hotel rooms. Got a upgrade to a suite. The best swimming pool among all the hotels I stayed last year. Friendly and polite staff members and great service. Two minor things. They have laundry rooms, but you need to get tokens from the front desk. If they change it to pay-via-an-app or free, that would be better. Although the swimming pool hour was till 11pm, the staff actually closed it down round 10:40pm. "

From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again. "
