Hotel is very good rooms are well maintained some of the furniture is a little worn. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times the staff isn’t so friendly no parking offered and I wouldn’t say the gym is really a gym

Room was basic but clean and spotless. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job cleaning for my multi day stay. I think the value his great not much but the bed was comfortable, housekeeping was great. The price point was great. One thing thing that was disappointing is there was no parking available onsite which was stated on the Expedia hotel details.

This hotel was incredibly convenient (it's literally right next to a bus stop and a 7-11). I was also incredibly impressed with how big the hotel room was and how beautiful the interior of the lobby and hotel room was. The bathtub was exquisite and the amenities were super awesome. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Taichung!!

We had a corner room with separate bedroom. Breakfast included a wide variety of foods (but no pastries). Cleaner was lovely. Front desk staff would show some interest if you spoke directly to their face but otherwise were uninterested in my stay.

Love the scent & xmas deco of hotel.. room is ok cleanliness ok as well. Only thing that needs to be improved is the staff. This is the only hotel throughout my taiwan stay that i find under par. Breakfast isnt a full crowd but service is slow on topping up food and hot water. Unfriendly staff with nonchalant attitude.

Very quality hotel with high CP value.

The exterior building looks normal and dated. But surprisingly the interior room is impressive and nicely decorated. Good room space and comfy bed. Especially the toiletry amenities nice fragrance smell like spa products. Breakfast is local authentics good and delicious. Location is 10mins walk from Railway Station and nearby to night market. Overall, very satisfied is value worth and highly recommend this hotel chain in Taichung and other cities.
