The provision of coffee is absolutely user friendly. Breakfast is nice everyday. The air conditioning system needs cleaning/maintenance as there's water leaking and it's a bit dusty.

We had 3 rooms, cleanliness was decent, but one room had spider webs on ceiling. The worst part is one of the other room had either ticks or bed bugs, both occupants had many bites.
