"Good staff easy to communicate "

"A good, well-presented and comfortable property, in a handy location. Met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay in Dunedin."

"Nice place, close to st Claire Beach. My family really enjoyed the stay. "

Great communication with Simon the host! Would recommend this place to everyone!"

Mike’s communication is always excellent—friendly, responsive, and nothing is ever a hassle. After staying here several times this year, Melville Street has truly become my home away from home. The consistency in the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melville Street to anyone looking for a clean,...
