Bom saber que hotel está preparado, mas pedi pra trocar de quarto, pois nós não somos PCD. O novo quarto que nos direcionaram estava sem toalhas e travesseiros pra 3 pessoas, além disso estava com a TV inoperante e com a maçaneta do banheiro solta. Pra um hotel desse nível, decepcionou bastante. Ainda bem que foi no meu quarto e não no do governador do estado que estava hospedado no mesmo dia."
