"We stayed at the property for a couple of mid-week nights in June 2025, as part of a much wider tour of Alaska and Canada. Wendy was a really communicative host from the start, and offered to collect us from the airport, which was both really kind, and really helpful. The property was REALLY clean, well maintained. All of the little things that elevate something from just a property to feeling like a home from home were there, including some snacks, drinks, nice toiletries etc. We loved EVERY minute of our stay here, and would fully recommend both the property AND the host to anyone thinking about staying here."

"Highly recommend. Clean well maintained. Quick response to our inquiries. It was perfect for us. Full disclosure; It is an older home the beautiful refurbish can’t eliminate some of those characteristics (closet doors that don’t close, bumps in the floor.. all very minor if you’re not a perfectionist) We would stay again without hesitation."

Great place to stay in Juneau!

"Bright, clean condo with well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Convenient location - close to airport, Mendenhall Glacier Park, and shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive.Loved being able to use the washer and dryer after hiking!As noted in the listing, there is no elevator so luggage needs to be hauled up stairs. Also, this condo is located next to a highway and there is some highway noise inside the condo. However, that did not keep us from getting a good night’s sleep!"

Awesome peaceful spot

"We really enjoyed this quiet green oasis in Mendenhall Valley. Our favorite part was being right next to the Brotherhood Bridge Trail -- you really do walk right over that tiny bridge in the picture, and are right on the trails. Our toddler loved exploring tiny paths through the woods, as well as the very quiet neighborhood playground that was only a minute's walk through the trees. We loved enjoying our coffee on the porch. The house itself is comfortable, well-equiped, and very clean. Hosts were helpful and communicative, but left us to our privacy. We came into Juneau from an outlying community for appointments and errands, and this gave us a wonderful feeling of rest and relaxation in between our busy day's activities.minute 's walk through the trees "

"Spacious, clean and well appointed. Good location for my needs and nice views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Fridge was stocked with sodas and waters on arrival, a nice and welcome touch. Will definitely stay again in the future."
