"I stay here twice a year. A lot more pricey compared to other places in Cebu, but this place is magical. Love everything’s will keep coming back. So tranquil and you’ll leave the place all rejuvenated. Plus - food is delicious and the service is unbeatable. ♥️"

I travel a lot and saw all kinds of customer service that hotel employees had given me, the employees at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort displayed one of the few excellent customer service I've experienced.
