"Starting at reception..as ALWAYS the duty staff receptionist was a gem! So friendly and welcoming. I love the staff there The rooms and linens are always spotless . The only surprise now is the £5 parking, I'm not delighted about that. "

"Easy parking, excellent Reception staff. Room clean and comfortable. Christmas decorations in the bar/dining areas were beautiful and tastefully done. Breakfast was lovely, as were the staff, very professional and well presented. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
