"Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time...

"Older property off the strip, but close enough to trolley stops to be convenient. The property is nice with lots of trees and the creek is great. Room was basic, but clean. Pools are smaller, but several to choose from. No washer/dryer in the room. Would definitely return."

"From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was freshly clean and neat! Everything was in order, as it should be! The owners was very nice during the process of booking and checking in, just very sweet people! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub and heated pool, at resort! We will be back!"

"We had a PHENOMINAL stay for Christmas week! Property was stunning, clean, many many amenities, and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The indoor waterpark is like no other we've seen, it was setup for children and adults to enjoy. Roy was a pleasure to book with and we would absolutely reccomend him as a host. "
