"Sebastian is a very accomodating host. He runs a hotel that has seen better times. It has nice antique furniture in the (our) room. Nice touch but not very comfy. The room could do with a fan (AC would be even better) combined with a mosquito screen. The hotel has a bar and a nice courtyard restaurant where we had a nice diner. "Charming owners and a wonderful breakfast spread was delivered to our apartment door every morning. Take care with power-shower, drainage v poor and had a tendency to flood bathroom and bedroom. "If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "

"When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "
