"The staff was excellent at this property. In fact if it were not for them I would have a hard time giving it a 2. The beds are terrible and should have been replaced long before. The pool was nice, however, it was an indoor pool and the glass doors surrounding it were almost all rusted shut. It was 90 degrees outside so if they were open you might have some cross breeze to make using it a nicer amenity. The place was clean."

"Heard about the Dillard House for years. We made a trip down that way and decided for once to stay at the Dillard House, we knew the food at the resturant was great so wanted to check out the rest of the property. Will stay there again some time."

An important plus to note is the service began with my calling the front desk hours before I arrived(with questions of accomedations) and even after I returned home(we accidentally left some purchases in the room). It was a great place to return to after a long day."
