"The pool itself could have been cleaner but the entirety of the pool area, including the staff, was great. Small but sufficient pool-food menu that could also be ordered in lieu of room service to-go. Cute coffee shop and the whole lobby was very nice and large. Rooms are small, but nice with comfortable beds. Bathroom doors need a way to be propped open! "

"This hotel is vey nice and the staff is friendly and checks in frequently BUT for the amount of money we paid I’m remiss to book again because the property is under renovations and there is no apologies for this inconvenience of aesthetics. Half the floors are fully finished in regards to the hallways but our floor was not. Now the room was very clean and also the view was amazing it was 2511. Beach front view and terrace to die for honestly. So we will see but aside from the look of some areas being undone everyone was amazing. Room was comfortable …"

"Room was clean and well kept. The pool was particularly busy (during spring break) and there weren’t enough chairs / cabanas for resort guests even though they were still selling in resort pass and giving out day passes. Drinks were great, food was eh. A solid stay. "

"It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only a couple of things that are small but... We were told breakfast went till 10am. Apparently that is only on weekends...and we got there late Sunday night, so by the time we got to breakfast it was closed. I know it's a tough job but the woman running the breakfast was not very friendly or accommodating."
