Lovely place to rest and adjust after long travel and adjust to hot temperature. Close to anything you would want but far enough away to get away from it all. Lovely and spacious and well set up. Really great place for us.

This place is in an ideal location and super safe. Jonathan took great care of us and even booked a Golf Cart for us (recommended). The locals were super cool and the rental was clean, restaurants close by and beach just steps away. I would definitely book this place again.

We were two couples (60 year olds) and happy with our stay. Great location in Playa Langosta where a bit quieter than Tamarindo but still many restaurants in walking distance and a mini mart a block away. Quick trip to get into Tamarindo which is quite vibrant and fun. Condo clean and spacious and enjoyed the large patio. A bit sparse, nothing a few area rugs or pictures wouldn't satisfy. The owner and management co/ concierge were all very responsive and a real asset for advice as this was our first trip to Costa Rica. We had beach and pool to ourselves. The beach in front of condo is very rocky so not best if swimming in the ocean important to you. Bring water shoes. It was fine for us. We were only there 3 nights as this was the end of our active trip through La Fortuna and Rincon de la Vieja so we did not do any excursions and enjoyed some down time. Security guard on duty at all times and felt very comfortable in the area. We loved our first trip to Costa Rica. Pura Vida!!

Hard to sum up how absolutely perfect these accommodations were. From the moment we checked in, every box was checked. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the coziest of beds, to the pool and the proximity to the beach and to town. This property was clean, exactly as detailed in the listing and a good value for the unit and location. Just steps from the ocean / beach, a 3 to 5 minute walk to several restaurants, a small grocery and 1 mile from downtown Tamarindo (also a very inexpensive Uber trip away). We found it to be the perfect location in paradise for our home base during our stay in Costa Rica.

What a great location with direct beech access. Pictures of the condo are spot on! Close to town (walking distance),but far enough to not be in the busy area. We had a minor issue during our stay, and the owners were prompt and courteous with a quick resolution. We could not have asked for better hosts to deal with! Amazing condo and location. Great condo- totally updated; wonderful bathrooms and extra half bathroom. Location is perfect. Beautiful pristine beach out the back door and a 5 minute golf cart ride to tamarindo. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. The beach chairs were an amazing extra touch. Daniel and Jonathan are great concierges to help with plans and rides to airport. The owners are wonderfully nice people and were a big help with recommendations. Can’t recommend enough!

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy this beautiful country. The owners and every member of their team far exceeded alll of my hopes. They were gracious and caring, and the condo was beautiful. But the location really brought everything together. This is far enough away from the bustle of Tamarindo to relax and unwind and close to walk there when you are ready to have to fun. Highly recommend.

This condo had a beautiful view from any room in the unit. It was large and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials - just get the groceries. The grounds were impeccably clean. The beach is even closer than it appears. Town is an easy 15 minute walk and that's a good thing because parking in town can be hard to find. The security personnel were very friendly and helpful. As was the management company.

We just got back from the most wonderful stay. This unit has breathtaking ocean views as well as views of the pool. The unit has just undergone a full renovation and the owners did a great job modernizing the unit and equipping it very well for a family. I was very happy with the excellent mattresses, pillows, and linens. I slept as if I were in a five star hotel! The owners Kimberly & Pavel couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative. They sent all kinds of useful information prior to our arrival to make our trip seamless. We will definitely book this unit again!!

All people in the complex were very friendly Tamarindo less than a half hour walk by road or on the beach RPM, the management company very helpful with any concerns and setting up tours, Lola and Josef were outstanding Grocery store and Surf Club sports bar less than 2 blocks away You can walk to many places, felt very safe Listening to the ocean when you wake up in the morning is awesome Would highly recommend this condo, A plus

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and the owners were amazing to work with. The unit was beautiful, nothing was overlooked. Although we didn't cook it seemed to have everything you would need. The beds were the most comfortable ones we had our entire trip to Costa Rica. We chose the location because we wanted to be away from the crowds of Tamarindo, the walk into town was about 30 minutes. Depending on the tide, you can also walk into town via the beach. At night we would explore the tide pools, which was a highlight for our teens. The pool was amazing, nice to be able to look at the beach from it. Our last night we ate at Bistro Langosta, it was a little pricey but the meal was delicious and they had a band that was great. We loved our time in Langosta, for the most part because of this property. If we visit again we will definitely stay here!

The property was exactly as described and met or exceeded all of our expectations. Beach access was easy and close, and the pool was great. The owner (Kim) and the property manager were responsive and addressed any questions promptly. Lola at the property manager’s office was particularly helpful in our planning of excursions both through her agency’s tours and exploring on our own. The condo is within walking distance of the town of Tamarindo, but it’s a long walk, almost a mile. We walked to town several times, but you may want to consider a rental car or golf cart if you’re going to do it frequently. That said, there are several restaurants that are an easy walk, including El Sapo which was excellent and right across the street (and next door to the property manager). The beach at the condo (Playa Langosta) is not crowded most of the time and a great place to relax and watch the sunset, however if you want to swim you’ll need to take a short walk south and cross the estuary as the beach in front of the condo is rocky and less than ideal for swimming. Tamarindo beach, on the other hand, is a hub of activity with lots of great places to eat. Overall, a great place to get away from it all!

"My husband and I traveled to Costa Rica for the first time in March, and we were so pleased with our stay at this lovely condo! The unit exceeded our expectations! It has been recently renovated and was beautiful! The rooms are very large, clean with beautiful tile though out. The finishes are very nice and really comfortable. Bedding, sofa, dining chairs lighting , bar stools, recliners on the patio were all very lovely and comfortable. Also, the kitchen has excellent supplies. There are many dish and glassware options for entertaining. Nicer appliances than typical VRBOs so we really enjoyed cooking in this unit as well. The decorating was really beautiful and we especially enjoyed the art work by local artists ! Our Hosts, Kimberly and Pavel were so responsive to our initial few questions and they went "above and beyond " to make us feel welcome and at home. The view from the rooms and patio are outstanding. Pool was clean and close to unit and easy to find a chair each day. The location could not be better. Short walk to restaurants and beach in minutes. You can see sunsets from the patio and we enjoyed the stars at night as well. You can walk into into Tamarindo, but it is a bit more of a hike, but super close by car! The hosts provided a great resource document that lists all the amenities and local points of interest that were spot on! Overall, it was a great stay! I did not get the email with the check-in information until we were already at the vrbo- but fortunately the security guard was able to reach out to someone and get us into the condo- so we got in right away. After that, I reached out to the owner and he got me all the information and called me right away to provide me with everything that I needed. Once I got onto the wifi, the emails came through! The condo was much bigger than we expected and had everything that you would need to cook, would you want to- but there were so many restaurants that were easily accessible, as well as a little convenience store that had pretty much everything you would need. The pool was amazing- it was a great temperature and my kids would have preferred to spend all their time there!The owner provided beach chairs and a boogie board for the beach, which was great! We got a golf cart from the services that the concierge recommended and that worked out perfectly for going into town every day/night. Would highly recommend this condo and would return again! This stay is my first of two bookings of this property; I was so thrilled with my experience at the condo I extended my stay for round two! I could not be more impressed with the hosts (Pavel & Olivia), the concierge (Jonathan) and the condo itself. No detail is missing in this 5 star renovated property: state of the art kitchen that is fully stocked with everything needed to create a chef quality meal (loved the induction stove!)! Plates/silverware for at least 12, high quality pots/pans, sharp knives, all accessories, etc. Full size dishwasher & refrigerator, plus the huge island bar counter exceeds expectations. The living/dining room is stunning: beautiful furniture and a statement piece of canvas art that belongs in a museum! The bedrooms are amazingly comfortable, and both have workspaces in case guests need to step out to conduct business. Both full baths are stocked with so many towels, and Jonathan the concierge checked in a few times to make sure I had enough for my stay. There are eight huge beach towels + beach chairs - which was a lovely surprise! The outdoor space is spectacular: very comfy teak furniture and so much space - enough to do yoga while watching the sunset! The pool is lovely, and the beach is just steps away. I will be back to THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY as soon as I can!!! Please see my other review for more detail!
