Beautiful new furnished vacation home. Two separate rooms with queen size bed fitting 4 pax. 👌 Close walking distance to the beach and restaurants in Avellanas. Spacious living/kitchen area. Big side by side refrigerator with icemaker bringing you shopping to the minimum. Kitchen full equipped wit coffee maker, blender induction stove. Natural deep stone Swimmingpool with waterfall.

Oasis of 4 Villas with natural pool Wifi throughout the area, secure parking for max 2 cars per Villa. Pool with natural salt chlorine, no red eyes. 👀🤓 We are in Playa Avellanas in Guanacaste. Near Hacienda Pinilla. To Tamarindo 20 minutes away 🤓☀️ There are multiple beautiful beaches around. 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️🏄🏽‍♀️ We are downtown to reach the restaurants in the area. We are not on the main street but on a quiet street. 🌞🌴🌊
