"If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. "Ben was an amazing host. Playa Avellanas is very rural, and Ben guided us in right to his gate, no problem. Ben is super attentive, and was checking in with us frequently. He saved us a lot of money with his spot on recommendations regarding excursions and restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach, and the beach are amazing. Restaurants in the area - off the charts!"

"Beautiful home. Very modern and spotless with all amenities you can ask for, including everything you need for cooking your own meals, laundry facilities, free wifii and aircon. We appreciated the pool which was right in front of the home, as well as the beach towels, beach chairs and cooler, all of which came in handy for days spent at the beach.
