We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.

Ybor City Vacation Rental Description
Property Features:
Fully renovated Loft in the heart of Historic Ybor City.
4 bedrooms/ 2 baths- sleeps 8-10
Beds: 1 King, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin over twin trundle. We also have a queen sofa bed and queen air mattress to accomodate larger groups.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen- granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler fridge dishwasher,etc. The kitchen has a breakfast table that can fit 4 -6 comfortably.

Hardwood floors throughout!
Large sectional leather couch, large flat screen tv, and Skylights throughout the living room
Regulation size pool table for competitive games between friends and family!

Sleeping set up:
Master: Four poster King bed, with en suite full bathroom equiped with large glass shower, separate soaking tub and dual sink vanity
The second bedroom also has a King bed, with en suite full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
The third bedroom has a full size bed
The fourth bedroom can be used as a bonus room or another sleeping room with a twin over twin trundle and queen sleeper sofa. You walk thru the bonus room/4th bedroom to reach the balcony and the 3rd bedroom.
Both bathrooms are en suite to the 1st and 2nd bedroom. This means the guests staying in bedroom 3 and 4 use the en suites in bedrooms 1 and 2.
Air mattress available for larger groups ( over 10, max occupancy is 12)


You’ll spend most of your time on the 300 square foot balcony - a perfect spot for a cocktail with friends!

Property Location:
The property is located in the heart of Centro Ybor. From the loft, you can walk out your door to all the wonderful sights and flavors historic Ybor City has to offer- restaurants of all kinds, cigar bars, wine bars, Improv Comedy Club, music venues, shopping, and so much more!
Hop on the historic TECO Trolley and a 5 minute trolley ride takes you to the Channel district, Sparkman’s Wharf, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium and Downtown Tampa.

** Please note: being in the heart of ybor city means there is potential for street noise during the night. Ybor is like the French Quarter of Tampa. Please don’t book our property if you are sensitive to noise, this is where people come to party!

There are also stairs ( second floor no elevator) so this is not the best property for elderly that have trouble with stairs.**

Ybor City is centrally located and a short drive to everything to enjoy in the Tampa Bay Area.
- Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Lowry Park Zoo are a 10 minute drive
- Amalie Arena, which is home to the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team and premier concert venue, is a 5 minute drive or trolley ride.
- The Florida Aquarium and Glazer Childrens Museum are a 5 minute car ride or trolley ride.
- Downtown Tampa with the Convention Center is a quick 5 minute drive or 10 minute trolley ride
- the Tampa Riverwalk is a 5-10’min Uber or you can also take the TECO trolley from ybor to downtown/riverwalk
- Hop on the I-4 interstate heading Northeast to Orlando and in 50 minutes you will be at Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland
- If you enjoy gambling, the Seminole Hard Rock Casino is a 10 minute drive from the property
- For the sports fans, head southwest and in 10 minutes you will be at the Raymond James Football Stadium (TampaBay Buccaneers), George Steinbrenner Baseball Field (New York Yankee Spring Training); Tropicana Baseball field (Home of the Tampa Bay Rays) is a 35 minute drive.

The property was everything we expected. We were in town for the Heritage Festival and everything including the event was a short walk. No car needed. The only recommendation is for lights on the outside stairwell and back door entrance so it could be better lit. It was hard to see the stairs and keypad for the back door. We would definitely stay again.

Cool place 2 blocks from Ybor's main street (7th). A little loud on weekend nights, but that's to be expected. Convenient to the conference center with PLENTY of eateries, cigar bars, clubs within walking distance.

Location of the flat was great. Walking distance to lots of shopping and fun food and drink places. The flat as a very large living area (pool table I. The main room) and we loved sitting on the balcony with our drinks. I do feel that the place needs a through deep cleaning. the bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. The dust bunnies were everywhere. This place is older and it has lots of character. With a little effort and elbow grease it could really be a top performer. One mention to stairway entrance- you really need motion lights back there. It is quite dangerous to go up or down in the dark. Over all -a fun experience- perfect for our wedding weekend activities.

This was a very nice place to stay! close to everything in down town Tampa! My colleagues and I spent alot of time at the convention center for business in down town Tampa and loved that the trolly or the bus is only a few blocks away and can take you from the penthouse to the center of down town in less than ten min. The only thing that i can say would have been better if, the claw foot bath tub was a stand up hands free shower. It was a sit down tub shower and the hand held did not have a whole lot of water pressure that came out of shower head handle. Also, we were not able to take a bath in the claw foot tub because we couldn't figure out how to close the drain. this made it so that all four of us had to all use the master shower. But other than that, we loved it! I would stay there again. I would just bring my own plug for the claw tub. very nice and very comfortable place to stay. thanks for the beautiful place Lauren.

Our stay is filled with mixed feelings. The space and location was wonderful. Parking was great. However, the unit was not set up to accommodate the number of guests that can comfortably stay. The two bathrooms are in bedrooms leaving the third bedroom and trundle sleeper without a bath to use except through one of the other rooms. Other than on the balcony, there is only a kitchen table that seats four and the kitchen was not equipped well enough to handle 8 guests. The biggest issue was the entrance stairs. Access is up a narrow, steep set of exterior metal stairs. We did not have too much of an issue due to a younger group but if anyone in a group has difficulties with stairs this is NOT the place for you. Overall I give it 3 stars because it was such a good location and overall space but I doubt I would stay again. There are too many other options.

Old building with charm. Rental property is on the 2nd floor of a large building and has a spacious common room with wrap-around couch, large TV, and a billiards table. Front deck has plenty of room to relax at night with a drink and a cigar from the local J.C. Newman factory. The location is great if you intend to visit 7th Avenue to take advantage of the bars, cigar shops, and restaurants that Ybor has to offer. Can walk to La Segunda bakery and J.C. Newman. Trolley stop is two blocks away and can get you to the shinier parts of downtown Tampa (Riverwalk, Armature, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena). Constructive Feedback/Tips -The exterior stairs to enter the loft resemble a fire escape and could be difficult to navigate with large luggage. -The 4th bedroom is more of a converted sitting room with a trundle-style bed and couch. If you plan to use the deck at night, this room is a high traffic area and not ideal for light sleepers. To go from living room to deck, or living room to 3rd bedroom, you must walk through the 4th bedroom. -There is no hallway bathroom. The two bathrooms are connected to the 1st bedroom and the 2nd bedroom. Anyone not sleeping in those two bedrooms has to risk disturbing/waking the occupants.

I gave this place a 3 because of the cleanest and how out dated of all equipment in this house main rest room sinks kept running d/t the sinks need 2 b replace draws n bathroom had hair and dirty the beds slept great but look up at the bed pole were very dusty the system n living room was outdated I had 2 call and have them 2 check it out cause it kept going out they came 2 check so he had 2 unplug one of the speakers so it started playing then In the kitchen were u iron u'r clothes was a old school iron board that comes out the wall the cover on it was so nasty we put a towel on it the refrigerator on the outside where u get the ice and water was nasty looking the deck was so nasty and the cover that goes on the chairs were nasty so no we didn't call them to tell them cause we felt they new from the beginning so we did the cleaning on our own don't get me wrong this is a nice condo and a great area for a partying crowd it's just they need 2 hire a professional cleaning crew 2 clean this place it shows that there cleaning crew is not professional the back door were u check in at night needs lights on the stairs and the trees wasn't cut u had 2 fight the bushes 2 go up the stairs this would b a great place if they would update and get a professional cleaning crew also never stayed in a place were they tell u if u have time put the towels n the washer with bleach most places like 2 wash the towels themselves to make sure they are clean because u can't trust everybody also if u have a large party staying make sure u bring facecloth and towels cause the don't have enough Like I said it's a good place but it could b a great place if they put the money in it because the total of amount u have 2 pay per day is not cheap.

Humongous space with nice balcony and pool table, near lots of breweries and restaurants within walking distance. One block away from free tram. A bit noisy on weekend nights with the nearby clubs, so not for light sleepers. Check-in and out was smooth.
