"Great host and Frankie the dog is super cute"

"I arrived with a confirmed reservation! I was told to please sit and wait, outside on a hot day. After me telling the gentleman I had a conference to get to. Came back after a few minutes to verify my reservation on my phone. After about fifteen more minutes came out , and told me that he had no room available. Horrible!"

"Staff really nice. Room bathroom could’ve been cleaner - not Terrible just not perfect (5)"

"No hot water - couldn’t wash up properly. Ran out of food for breakfast!!! Otherwise was lovely."

"The airport shuttle was very convenient for when you left the hotel. Getting the shuttle to return to the hotel is quite a journey and we ended up having to take Uber back to the hotel usually because the shuttle wasn't coming at the designated time or it only seats 15 people so anything past that you'd have to wait almost an hour for it to take those people and then come back for you. It wasn't worth it."

"Easy walk to the riverwalk. Breakfast was great every morning . Room was awesome with the island and what felt like a living room . Will stay here again ."

"Although we loved this hotel and its location, we were disappointed to find d that our balcony doors were broken and we could not utilize the balcony at all. I booked this upscale room at a premium price just for that amenity. I will say the staff on duty was very apologetic and wished there was something she could do but the hotel was full. When we checked out the next day the manager did his best to try and make things right. I can’t say much more on how wonderful the staff was even with this...

"Room had a musty smell like an old basement. Some of the areas weren’t too unkept. Breakfast was running low and wasn’t refilled, fruit was rotting in the basket."
