Very spartan rooms. I like hard mattresses but the room mattress here is VERY firm. The room did have a water kettle, good working aircon and a small refrigerator. Nothing fancy. Very much a budget hotel that was priced accordingly. I checked in late and there is an ABC Store on the lobby floor - but it closes at a strange time - 10:30 pm - so beware of that. There is a restaurant in the hotel and there are a FEW options within a 5 minute walk. One is "Ichiban Ramen" and it is open until midnight and is very good. There was still a waiting line at 10 pm so be prepared for a bit of a wait - but well worth it.

The staff were very unprofessional. Customer service was poor-mannerism, politeness, welcoming, and professional attire were lacking. Parking was convenient. Room is clean, but no in-house slippers. Floor is sticky. Air conditioning was good. Wi-fi was superior! Study desk was great! Was able to do work in the room.

Rented this room due to no power from typhoon Bavi. Affordable price for it being in Tumon. Location great, walking distance from convinence stores, restaurants and night life. Staff were kind, helpful and accommodating when we requested a crib. Unfortunately the first night after we checked in, we already experienced roaches. The tables were a bit dusty and the sheets felt a little sticky when we were laying down. Not much amenities offered for the room. We were there for two nights just to get some AC and charge our devices. Room looks outdated compared to the “grand” lobby when entering. Over all Ok stay.

The best part of the place was the price and it was within walking distance of the beach and good eating places. But the great price didn’t match the description we read. We had reservations for 9 nights. The first night, it took them over 2-1/2 hours to bring 2 extra pillows and a blanket (this was after 2 calls). The second night the shower head failed and needed to be replaced. Thank goodness the repairman came within 1/2 hour, assessed the problem and replaced the part right away. I wonder what would have happened if they didn’t have an extra part. The room’s phone doesn’t phone doesn’t even work so I’ve had to use my own phone each time I needed something. The floors always looked sticky and should have been mopped. Housekeeping was great—they made the bed (which was hard as stone) and replaced towels everyday, but sometimes the towels looked stained. Downstairs in the lobby and reception area was nice and looked clean and well maintained. I wish the rooms were the same.
