This place needs a major renovation, especially bathroom. We stayed 5 nights on the executive floor and my suite was spacious but the bathroom was shocking, does not meet Westin standard at all. Basically old and run down. Staff were friendly and helpful and beds were comfy. Thats about it, we even had cockoroach and tiny ants everywere. Breakfast buffet was below average and it is a battle to find a table inside the restaurant. During my entire stay we were offered a table outside in the hall way. It was dreadful

The service is great - the staff are nice and they really try to give you the best experience! The swimming pool and beach were amazing and the location was great. But the hotel seems to be struggling a bit - the lounge literally only had cookies, the breakfast buffet and lounge cocktail buffet were meh

The staff were very friendly. Room size was great. Housekeeping was good. Restaurant for breakfast was fine. Lots to choose from the buffet breakfast. Pools were good, beach was lovely. No complaints.

Run down and neglected hotel with a great staff.

This hotel resembles what I would imagine a hotel would look like after a zombie apocalypse. It is worn out, ignored and generally looks like a dump. Hot tubs have plywood over them, most of the restaurants are permanently closed, as is the spa. It's walking distance to a lot of places on the main strip along the beach but the property itself is in terrible condition. The staff was wonderful and friendly but Westin is letting them down by letting the property fall into disarray.

Staff was extremely friendly. What i didnt like was that things weren't always replaced or cleaned. For example, after i placed the robe with the towels, a new one never appeared. One of the hand towelswas missing on one day and it wasnt until the 4th day that new cups were put in the bathroom. Also, there were several places that were not cleaned. There was wgar looked like mold in the shower and either dried blood or something else near the tissue (Kleenex?) Again though the positive is the staff was extremely nice.
