"We enjoyed our stay here and would return The kids loved the games. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were tasty. Only negatives were the very small breakfast area and super slippery floor by the pool...but those would not be deal breakers for us. It was a great value. "

"Polite and attentive staff. Took a couple of return visits to get a room with working key sensor. Beds and bedding were comfy and room was clean, but the window blind was missing about 1/4 of the slats, and there wasn’t a room darkening curtain of any sort. "

"Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went back the guy said still no toilet paper, we went to another hotel. Still waiting for a some kind of response for a refund!! "

"Had to check in 2 hours late because the room wasn't ready. Pool was so over clorinated could not swim 2nd night, kids just coughing everywhere, it was bad, hot tub kinda dirty. Room was ok, interior door falling off hinges, sliding door for outside balcony hard to open and handle ready to fall off. One of the elevators were down. Staff was doing the best they could but it didn't seem like they had enough, they were friendly but I wouldn't stay there again."

"We were starving upon arrival and before booking that night we were told the restaurant was open until 10pm. We got there at 9:40 and couldn't get served :("

"Something has changed and I will not be coming back. They put me in an ADA room with 2 queens when I had reserve a king suite & no answer to the front desk 2 separate times on the phone; was kept up until 3 am from multiple drunk people slamming doors and having a big party; when attempting to nap the following day housekeeping staff was yelling in a foreign language at the top of their lungs for at least 2 hours outside of my room to where I opened the door and asked them to stop yelling so I could sleep - they stopped 5 minutes and Resumed. Again no answer when calling the front desk. The bath was barely large enough to take a bath. I ordered food at restaurants and was charged for room service each time because I chose to take something to go. On departure the front desk said thank you for staying and never once asked how my stay was. It might as well have been a motel and I’ve never been happier to check out. Never coming back"
