"Beautiful resort and rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great selection of different foods at buffet breakfast. Lots of different restaurants in the resort as well for dinner. Pools are amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, only there isn't a lot of hanging space for clothes and the TVs are quite slow when using them. But overall we had a very enjoyable stay. This is the second time we've stayed here and we would stay here again if we come back to Bali."

The staff is unmatched - they are welcoming and genuine and so attentive to our every need. Our driver Dika went above and beyond for us, it was like having a personal tour guide! I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend if you are going to Ubud!"

"Lovely attentive staff, beautiful hotel with freshly renovated pool. We loved our stay here. Particularly loved the Japanese and Italian restaurants within the hotel. Rooms are quite tired and could use a refresh, but the beds were so comfortable. Slept like a log every night! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you fir making our family holiday so memorable."
