This has actually been the best hotel experience we’ve experienced since coming to the UK two weeks ago - from the friendly male Indian staff member to the luxurious building/interiors/design to the massive room with lofted ceilings and nice amenities - with details like having our bags sent up to the room and cucumber water in fine glasses at the front - I was thoroughly impressed.
