Casa Lujo Caletas is truly a dream come true. It is the first private home to complete construction on Caletas mountain near Jaco and Los Suenos. Your setting is off a private well paved road just short of the Villa Caletas resort and sitting over 1000 feet of elevation facing west towards to the open Pacific Ocean.
It is a modern 4 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury home with an amazing custom infinity pool that has some of the most incredible views you can ever see. It is full of US based amenities and luxury touched yet has not lost its Tico roots with authentic use of hand crafted local hard wood throughout. It features 2 air conditioned master suites(one upstairs and one downstairs) each fitted with a high end mattress, dual vanities, multiple rain shower heads coupled with massage and handheld shower features. Upstairs an additional bedroom with a super comfy queen bed and one of the best views available in the entire home. There is an additional upstairs bedroom that features a Queen/Single bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share an amazing bathroom with an incredible shower that features a million dollar view. The laundry room with a nice washer/dryer combo is also upstairs.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand new 55" Samsung smart TV's that include a VPN to watch US based YouTubeTV, HULU, Netflix, Disney +, HBOMax, and more. The entire house is equipped with High Speed Wifi with extenders. It also has 6 zones of Sonos amps with incredible speakers that feed audio to both master suites, kitchen, living room, and outdoor kitchen/pool area. This system is app controlled and can stream any media choice. The home is protected with 6 camera security system and digital deadbolts at all entry points for your safety.

The infinity pool has 2 large spill over walls and maxes out at 5.5 feet at the walls. It also includes 4 sunken bar stools for refreshing enjoyment so you never have to leave the 80 degree water. The outdoor kitchen includes an additional fridge, island with 4 stools, high quality Bali propane grill, 55" Tv that can articulate to any angle, and seating for 8 integrated into this outdoor space under a custom bamboo roof.

The main floor includes a half bath, modern kitchen area that has everything you would expect including Samsung stainless fridge, oven, convection microwave, and dishwasher.

There is a nice sized island attached to a unique one of a kind custom tree trunk dinette table with 5 custom wood stools to match. The local wood craftsman literally went into a local rainforest and selected this trunk and turned it into this amazing result, there are also over 25 different locations throughout the home featuring this local Guanacaste wood hand crafted into place.

There is a separate wet bar with 36 bottle wine fridge, high capacity ice machine, and drink prep sink area.
The living room features a 65" Samsung smart TV viewed from a high quality comfortable sectional sofa. You will find yourself spending a lot of time looking out the open air concept in this living area as it has 10 high quality glass pocket doors that open and close in minutes with ease.
The home has 6 separate AC split systems that can keep it as comfortable as one desires.

We will have our property manager meet you to check you in and help you feel settled in and feel comfortable. She will prepare fresh guacamole and salsa that is to die for upon your arrival, this may be the best food you can have your entire stay!

She speaks excellent English and is happy to shop for your groups grocery list ahead of your stay and accommodate nearly any special request(s) you might have.

We also have a caretaker on site to maintain the pool, landscape, and any maintenance requests. He lives in his own apartment private from the main house and will never bother any guests while visiting.
