"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. They made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them! I even called to ask Bianca for train instructions as we were leaving Roma Termini...

"The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. The breakfast is good and the rooms / facilities clean. The WIFI is unusable though which is a big issue if I’m on a business trip. They do need to sort this out as it not in line with the rest of the experience. "

"Nice place, had indifferent weather, some spectacular rain storms. The Hotel was quite unusual and not too easy to find but once there room was OK, breakfast was a bit limited but fine and the town is really nice!"

" The property was great. Would stay there again. The suites were worth the extra cost. Transportation was very limited. Took the local Bus to the train station to get into rome. 16 eur per person. Local resturant 2 blocks from hotel made the trip. Food was great and service was even better. Tony the host at Falcioni dal 1955 took care of us. "

"We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....

The brunch display is in the hallway and you must go back to your room to eat. Customer service is less than desirable. The owner had told me by email to make my own taxi arrangements - which I did. "This hotel is run very run down and service not great. You also have to pay several fees once you get the hotel. For example, you have to pay 25 euros or. day to use the sun chairs at the beach which belongs to the hotel. AND if you want to lay on the grass on sun chairs you have to pay additional 25 euros or. day. Never before did we have to pay to use hotel furniture. The pool has very limited opening hours and there are no sun chairs by the pool. So while your kids are swimming you get to...
