"I had an awesome stay even with the radiator malfunction that made sleep the first night impossible. But thanks to Thomas windows were opened and heat turned off. And the general manager decided I should be give a higher ad bigger room. Much appreciated. Special praise to Thomas!"

Access to guest portal with info on facilities and menus etc. This trip was personal and hotel so handy for bus, train, shopping and eating. Staff always so friendly and courteous...from Reception to Housekeeping. Some things starting to wear but minor and nothing that would spoil enjoyment."
