Very pleased with the staff and the daily cleaning of the room. Also, close to the airport and other shops and restaurants - easy to call a taxi to get around Tashkent.

Brand new hotel. Gorgeous interiors. Room very comfortable. Back garden very tranquil and inviting.

The Apartments are well equipped and comfortable, the only difficulty was not knowing where to find them as the taxi took me to the Holiday Inn. A heads up would have been nice to follow the signs but eventually we saw and followed the signs to the elevator and checked in early (thanks greatly). Comfortable bed and bedding, great A/C, functional kitchen, and breakfast down a floor at the Holiday Inn, and it was superior. Not your usual crap breakfast with premade egg scabs and lender bagels, but...

Room exactly as pictured .. very comfortable. Breakfast was of good variety and offerings changed throught our stay. Front desk and breakfast manager helpful and friendly. Walk to groceries, parks, etc. Hotel arranged both trips to and from the airport .. depending on traffic .. 15 to 20 minutes.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Wish I could give them all 6 stars!!!

With the exception of an elevator mishap, the property was immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Nice shower with good water flow. Nice to have YouTube so I was able to watch my concerts and follow events. Good location near the airport and not too far from the Metro. Good area for walking. Thanks for the nice hospitality!

Everything was great They gave us complimentary early check in and late checkout, really helped us a lot, friendly staff, pool was also nice.

our stay was fantastic, we were upgraded from double bed room to corner suite, the room was spacious and so new and clean, the staff was great, the front desk staff were amazing, i needed to print and scan an urgent paper, it was done for me in no time, want to mention Abdulaziz and Madina, also the Duty manager Bekzod who was so freindly and supportive. Clean and quiet boutique hotel. Close proximity to the airport. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!
